<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve producibility of organic substance in a production method of the organic substance by subjecting synthetic gas to microorganism fermentation.SOLUTION: A production method of organic substance comprises: a gas production step of producing gas comprising carbon monoxide, hydrogen and carbon dioxide; a modification step of modifying at least part of the carbon dioxide and hydrogen in the gas into carbon monoxide and steam by reverse shift reaction; and a fermentation step of producing organic substance by subjecting the modified gas to microorganism fermentation.</p> |
