摘要 The present invention relates to a polymer comprising the reaction product of: (a) a compound of Formula (3), or a mixture thereof:;;defined herein and (b) at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer having a functional group. The present invention also relates to a polymer having at least one carbamate linkage prepared by: (i) reacting (a) at least one diisocyanate, polyisocyanate, or mixture thereof, having isocyanate groups, and (b) at least one fluorinated compound selected from the formula (2):;;defined herein and (ii) optionally reacting with (c) water, a linking agent, or a mixture thereof. The polymers are useful as additives in coating compositions and film forming foams, which impart surface effects to substrates coated with such compositions and to film forming foams.
