An intermediate member (12) of a damper device (10) includes a plate part (140) having a spring contact part (142) that comes in contact with an inner-side spring (SP2). A spring contact part (33) of a linking member (31) of a dynamic damper (30) is extended from a stationary part (32) interposed by a curved part (34), arranged inside an opening (143) of the plate part (140), and brought in contact with an end part of a third spring (SP3) arranged inside the opening (143) so as to circumferentially align with the inner-side spring (SP2). The plate part (140) and the spring contact part (33) at least partially overlap in the thickness directions thereof. The axial centers of the inner-side spring (SP2) and the third spring (SP3) are contained within the thickness-directional overlapping range of the plate part (140) and the spring contact part (33).
