Provided are: a particle fractionation device capable of efficiently fractionating even when the size of the particles to be fractionated is not uniform; a particle fractionation method; and a program. This particle fractionation device is provided with an electric charge unit for imparting an electric charge to at least some of the liquid droplets discharged from an orifice for producing a liquid stream, and an electric-charge control unit for adjusting the electric-charge amount to be imparted to the liquid droplets by the electric charge unit. In addition, the electric-charge control unit is configured so as to adjust the electric-charge amount according to the size of the particles contained in the liquid droplets.
