The invention relates to an inflatable self-rolling cover comprising one or more inflatable units (3) and one or more elastic elements (4.4) which are housed therein and which, in the initial position, maintain the deflated cover rolled up about itself (7). Upon inflating the cover the resistance of the springs that maintain the cover rolled up is overcome, allowing the cover to expand into its final shape (1). Upon removing the gas from the cover the cover rolls up about itself once again under the force of the springs returning to their initial state.
