Provided is a voltage regulator maintaining accuracy of output voltage even at high temperature. The voltage regulator comprises an error amplifying circuit which outputs difference between standard voltage a standard voltage circuit outputs and partial voltage output by a partial circuit parting output voltage an output transistor outputs by amplifying, and controlling gate of the output transistor; a switch circuit converting the partial voltage of the partial circuit; and a temperature detection circuit outputting signal upon temperature, and controlling the switch circuit. |
