A heated tubing according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a body inserted inside an existing tubing buried in a floor slab, and a protrusion for supporting the body, the protrusion mounted on an external surface of the body so that (1) the body is easily inserted in the inside of the exiting tubing; (2) after the insertion, heat in hot water flowing through the inside of the body is easily transmitted to the existing tubing; and (3) the body maintains steady distance interval with the existing tubing.
