The present invention provides an organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell including a phosphoric acid-based surface treatment agent in order to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency. The organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell comprises: upper and lower substrates; first and second electrodes respectively formed on the upper and lower substrates to face each other; a counter electrode; and an electrolyte disposed between the counter electrode and a semiconductor layer (semiconductor compound layer) formed on the first electrode. A dye and the phosphoric acid-based surface treatment agent are introduced on the surface of the semiconductor layer at the same time. Also, the present invention provides a method of an organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell comprising the steps of: forming a first electrode on a first substrate; forming a lower substrate by forming a semiconductor layer including titanium dioxide on the first electrode; forming an upper plate by forming a second electrode facing the first electrode and a counter electrode on a second substrate; and introducing an electrolyte between the upper plate and the lower plate. The lower plate is immersed in an immersion solution in which a dye and a phosphoric acid-based surface treatment agent are dissolved, and the dye and the insulating phosphoric acid-based surface treatment agent are introduced to the surface of the semiconductor layer.
|
