<p>Disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention are a resource management method and device, relating to the technical field of communications and being capable of realizing unified management of resources of different systems so as to improve user experience. The method specifically comprises: receiving a throughput rate that the wireless resources of a first cell from at least one first base station can provide as well as the number of online users of the first cell; evaluating the service bearing capability of at least one first cell on the basis of the throughput rate the wireless resources of the first cell can provide as well as the number of online users of the first cell, and generating an evaluation result; and sending the evaluation result to at least one user equipment within the coverage of the first cell through the at least one base station, thereby enabling the user equipment to reselect, on the basis of the evaluation result, a cell that the user equipment accesses.</p> |
