<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-immersion microscope objective lens which enables observation of larger areas and deeper sections of a sample at high resolution, and to provide a microscope having the same.SOLUTION: A liquid-immersion microscope objective lens comprises a first lens group, second lens group, and third lens group in order from the object side. The first lens group has a positive refractive power and a first cemented lens located on the most object side therein, and the second lens group comprises a second cemented lens, while the third lens group comprises a lens component having a positive refractive power for converting divergent light rays entering from the second lens group into convergent light rays, two lens components for converting the converging light rays into diverging light rays, and a lens component having a positive refractive power for converting the divergent light rays into parallel light rays. The liquid-immersion microscope objective lens satisfies the following conditional expressions: 60 mm≤d×f×NA≤500 mm(1), 0.15≤d×f/(|r|×L)≤10 (2).</p> |
