摘要 A method for manufacturing a fracturing fluid conveyance tube for shale oil and gas extraction, the method comprising: (1) extruding to manufacture a covering layer with an adhesive layer; (2) extruding to manufacture a liner layer with an adhesive layer; (3) conducting physical permeation on the extruded covering layer and liner layer for later use; (4) manufacturing a reinforcing layer; (5) conducting physical and chemical bonding between the covering layer and the reinforcing layer by heating and pressurizing; (6) turning a belt; (7) conducting physical and chemical bonding between the liner layer and the reinforcing layer by heating and pressurizing. Also provided are a fracturing fluid conveyance tube manufactured via the above method for shale oil and gas extraction, and a co-extrusion mold. The covering layer and liner layer of the fracturing fluid conveyance tube for shale oil and gas exploitation can be made from different types of materials, and different combinations of materials of the covering layer and the liner layer can meet more requirements, thus reducing product costs. The tube has strong integrity, good flexure resistance, and long service life; in addition, the tube can bear high pressure, has large throughput capacity, good weather resistance and chemical resistance, and is easy to connect, and can adapt to different terrains. And when not in use, the tube is flat and easy to roll up, and has a small footprint for storage and conveyance.
