The present invention relates to an optical film and, more specifically, to an optical film having a photoluminescent layer comprising a photoluminescent material, wherein the photoluminescent layer, upon irradiation with light, has a scattering reflectivity of 1 to 4% at a wavelength where no light is emitted from the photoluminescent material, thereby remarkably improving the visibility of a laser pointer, and inhibiting glare and damage to the eyes from reflected light of a laser beam. |
