Disclosed are a light emitting diode (LED) lamp with a heat radiating structure which fastens a fixing unit for directly pressing a plurality of heat radiating wings on an LED fixing plate, where an LED is fixed, such that thermal conductivity is improved by increasing an adhesion property without requiring a separate adhesive, and simplifies an assembly process of the LED lamp, and a method of assembling the LED lamp. The method of assembling the LED lamp according to the present invention applies to the LED lamp having the LED fixing plate where the LED is fixed, and heat radiating wings of a heat radiating unit for radiating heat which are directly directly fixed on the LED fixing plate, and comprises: arranging the heat radiating wings having elastic support units, which are bent in a streamline shape to obtain elasticity, on the LED fixing plate; installing a fixing unit which applies a pressure to the heat radiating wings arranged on the LED fixing plate from above in a direction toward the LED fixing plate; and increasing an adhesion property between the heat radiating wings attached to the LED fixing plate and the LED fixing plate by the elastic support unit, which repels a fastening force between the LED plate and the fixing unit, wherein the LED fixing plate and the fixing unit are apart from each other with the heat radiating wings between them and fastened with respect to each other by a screw. |
