PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human-sensing device capable of simplifying a configuration of a human-sensing device body for acquiring a static state and a moving state of a user.SOLUTION: A human-sensing device 100 includes: a thermal sensor that has 16 measurement fields for recognizing a user and can directly measure a temperature of the user in a static state and a temperature of the user in a moving state for each measurement field; and a CPU for determining whether the user is in the static state or not on the basis of measurement results of the temperature directly measured by the thermal sensor for each measurement field. When a state where it is determined that the user is in the static state, continues for a prescribed time or more on the basis of the temperature directly measured by the thermal sensor for each measurement field, the CPU performs notification control of notifying an observer of the user that the user is in a prescribed state required to check. |
