PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic component and a board for mounting the same.SOLUTION: A composite electronic component may include: a composite body formed by bonding a capacitor composed of a ceramic body in which a plurality of dielectric layers and first and second internal electrodes which are disposed to face each other with the plurality of dielectric layers interposed therebetween are laminated, and an inductor composed of a magnetic body having a coil; an input terminal disposed on a first end surface of the composite body and connected with the coil of the inductor; output terminals including a first output terminal disposed on a second end surface of the composite body and connected with the coil of the inductor and a second output terminal disposed on the second end surface of the composite body and connected with the first internal electrode of the capacitor; and a ground terminal disposed on one or more of upper and lower surfaces and the first end surface of the capacitor of the composite body and connected with the second internal electrode of the capacitor. The capacitor is bonded to a side surface of the inductor.
