PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interval adjustment method of the detection mechanism of a wiring circuit breaker, capable of eliminating the need for an accessory device by facilitating the interval adjustment of a bimetal and a cross bar by using an adjustment screw.SOLUTION: An interval adjustment method of the detection mechanism of a wiring circuit breaker includes a step for setting a reference interval of a cross bar 30 and a bimetal 10, a step for setting a compensation interval by measuring the total resistance of the detection mechanism and the trip stroke of an opening and closing mechanism, a step for arranging a gap adjustment block 60 while separating from the cross bar 30 by an interval corresponding the sum of the reference interval and compensation interval, a step for rotating an adjustment screw 20 attached to the bimetal 10 so as to come into contact with the gap adjustment block 60, and a step for bonding the adjustment screw 20 to the bimetal 10. |
