PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston ring assembling device capable of holding a piston ring in a state which does not expand a diameter.SOLUTION: A piston ring assembling device 100 includes: a magazine 40 for holding a piston ring R in a non-diameter-expansion state; a first extruded portion 10 extruded to one side in an axial direction when a piston P is pressed thereon; a second extruded portion 20 pushed outward in a diametrical direction in linkage with the first extruded portion 10; a claw portion 30 formed at an outer edge of the second extruded portion 20, and expanding a diameter of the piston ring R held in the magazine 40; a guide 60 for guiding the piston ring R cut out by the claw portion 30 to a groove M of the piston P while expanding the diameter of the piston ring R; and a shutter 70 configured so as to relatively slide in an axial direction to the guide 60, and feeding the piston ring R guided by the guide 60 to the groove M of the piston P.
