ANTIOXIDATIVE ACTIVITY MEASURING METHOD BY ELECTROCHEMISTRY MEASUREMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and prompt antioxidative activity evaluation method by electrochemically oxidizing a measurement sample and measuring a component which is susceptible to oxidation in the measurement sample, without using a special reagent.SOLUTION: A method includes: electrochemically oxidizing a measurement sample by crushing the measurement sample, and dropping filtered liquid into a measurement electrode which at least has an action pole and a counter electrode; and evaluating antioxidative activity by measuring oxidation current obtained in the oxidation process.
