PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generating method that increases the amount of hydrogen produced from water.SOLUTION: Stainless steel SUS304 is dissolved in a molten salt of sodium hydroxide and a group of fine particles are dispersed on the surface of the molten salt. A reaction space on the liquid surface is made free of oxygen and steam is made to collide with the group of fine particles. When the reaction space gets a negative pressure, an inert gas such as argon is automatically injected or a valve is operated to keep the reaction space at a positive pressure to keep the reaction space free of oxygen. A reaction tube for supplying water is installed independently from a fine particle generating tube. |
