摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method which enables synthesis of ZnO:Ga nanoparticles having a finer particle diameter in a liquid phase, and to provide a novel method for producing a film using the ZnO:Ga nanoparticles.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for synthesizing ZnO:Ga nanoparticles, comprising: a base introduction step where a base is introduced in a mixed solution comprising a zinc raw material, a gallium raw material, and a solvent selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethylene glycol, and a combination of these; a heating step where particles containing zinc and gallium are generated by heating the mixed solution obtained at a temperature higher than the boiling point of the solvent; and a drying step where the particles generated are dried. Furthermore provided is a method for producing a ZnO:Ga film, comprising: a mixing step where ZnO:Ga nanoparticles having an average particle diameter of more than 0 nm and 100 nm or less are introduced in a solvent to prepare a mixed solution; a coating step of coating the mixed solution on a substrate; and a heat treatment step of heat treating the substrate in an oxidizing atmosphere, then in a reducing atmosphere.</p>
