<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite segment having uniform rigidity in tunnel axis direction and producing method of the composite segment.SOLUTION: The composite segment comprises: a pair of main girders 2, 2 which is arranged with a predetermined interval in tunnel axis direction D and extending in tunnel circumferential direction C; joint plates 3, 3 which are connected with both end parts of the pair of main girders 2, 2 in tunnel circumferential direction C in a bridging manner between the pair of main girders 2, 2; a skin plate 4 connected with the main girders 2, 2 and the joint plates 3, 3 at outer side in tunnel radial direction E; and concrete 6 injected into inner section of a steel shell 5 consisting of the pair of main girders 2, 2, joint plate 3, 3 and the skin plate 4. In an inner section in the concrete 6, arranged are, at inside in tunnel radial direction E, a plurality of first main steel lines 7, 7 which extends in tunnel circumferential direction C and being arranged with a predetermined interval in tunnel axis direction D. First main steel lines 7, 7 arranged at both alignment ends among the plurality of first main steel lines 7, 7 are away from the main girders 2, 2 with an interval w1 which is twice or more of arrangement interval (line pitch w2).</p> |
