<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment sheet capable of efficiently wiping the surface of a workpiece and having reduced particles derived from the sheet.SOLUTION: The surface treatment sheet for wiping a surface of a workpiece, comprises a base material consisting of woven fabric consisting of filaments, where a coverage of any of a warp and a weft constituting the fabric with respect to the surface of the fabric is higher than the other and at least a filament constituting the warp or the weft whose coverage in the surface of the fabric is higher, consists of a plurality of monofilaments. At least monofilaments located at a surface part of the base material that comes into contact with at least the surface of the work, include flexibly movable portions. The surface of the monofilaments located at least the surface part of the base material is covered with resin. The resin cover provides the monofilaments with rigidity, thereby suppressing particles derived from the sheet.</p> |
