The X-ray generation device is provided with an electron gun section, a target section (T), a cylindrical section, a reflected electron detector, and a coil section. The target section (T) has arranged therein: a plurality of targets (23); and a plurality of mark sections (27) that have a predetermined positional relationship with respect to the targets (23) and a larger surface area than the surface area of the targets (23) when viewed from opposite the main surface of the target sections (23). |
