The present invention relates to a laver manufacturing apparatus and, more specifically, to a laver manufacturing apparatus using the following procedure: a laver drying screen rack in which laver beds are installed is transported by drying and horizontal conveying chains consisting of upper and lower conveying chains, and laver is manufactured going through acetum, dehydration, drying, and sorting units. The present invention comprises: a drying conveying chain installed to rotate without limits inside the drying unit; a horizontal conveying chain installed to rotate without limits while going through acetum, dehydration, and sorting units in consecutive order; and a laver drying screen rack cyclic shifted by drying and horizontal conveying chains. The horizontal conveying chain is installed to pass through the acetum and dehydration units while rotating without limits on the upper side of laver manufacturing apparatus, and intermittently transfers the laver drying screen rack. The lower conveying chain, which rotates without limits, is installed to pass the laver sorting unit while moving on the lower side of upper conveying chain at a constant speed; it receives the laver drying screen rack, transferred by the upper conveying chain, from a descending apparatus and inserts the rack into the drying unit; then, the rack which has passed the sorting unit is transferred to the upper conveying chain using an ascending apparatus. The upper and lower conveying chain each has fastening pieces, wherein the fastening pieces of the upper conveying chain are in pairs and the fastening piece located at the back of the pair is longer than the one in the front. |
