Provided are a method for storing a phone number group used for a specific purpose and a phone number recommending service method based on the phone number group. Methods according an embodiment of the present invention enable a user to display and manage phone numbers included in a determined section as a group and recommends related phone numbers based on the phone number group. Therefore, a user can effectively use a phone call concentrated in integrated time for a specific purpose and a counterpart phone numbers of transceiving in a text message. The phone number recommending service method provides useful information to a user by recommending other related phone number based on the phone number group and enables a service provider to perform effective advertisements/sales.
