PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transmission capable of delaying a drop in low-pressure line pressure if a boost pump sending hydraulic oil to a low-pressure line abnormally stops.SOLUTION: A hydraulic transmission includes: a hydraulic pump configured to pressurize hydraulic oil; a hydraulic motor configured to be driven with the hydraulic oil pressurized by the hydraulic pump; a high-pressure line connecting a discharge side of the hydraulic pump and a suction side of the hydraulic motor to each other; a low-pressure line connecting a discharge side of the hydraulic motor and a suction side of the hydraulic pump to each other; a storage tank connected to the low-pressure line and reserving the hydraulic oil; and a boost pump for sending out the hydraulic oil reserved in the storage tank to the low-pressure line. At least when the boost pump abnormally stops, no hydraulic oil is supplied from the low-pressure line to a bearing or seal of at least one of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor.
