<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recording device that allows improving data transfer speed, and to provide a video recording method.SOLUTION: A video recording device 1 including a plurality of SSDs 10 connected in parallel to one another includes: a plurality of FIFO circuit sections 21 transferring data for writing to each of the plurality of SSDs 10; a DRAM 30 temporarily storing division data in which an input video signal is divided; and a writing control section 22 extracting the division data from the DRAM 30, sequentially selecting a writing destination from the plurality of SSDs 10, and transferring the division data to the corresponding FIFO circuit section 21.</p> |
