PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an actual exit pupil position in a real machine.SOLUTION: An exit pupil position measurement device includes: an image input part for inputting a plurality of images which are captured by an imaging optical system and an imaging device; an image correction part in which the plurality of images inputted by the image input part are projected on a spherical surface of a virtual sphere, respectively, and a plurality of sphere projection images are acquired, thereby correcting the plurality of images; an image concatenation part in which the plurality of images corrected by the image correction part are partially overlapped with each other as a concatenation region, thereby concatenating the plurality of images; a virtual sphere radius value storage part for storing a radius value of the virtual sphere in the case where the plurality of corrected images are smoothly concatenated by the image concatenation part; and an exit pupil position acquisition part for acquiring a distance on an optical axis from an exit pupil of the imaging optical system to the imaging device by reading the radius value out of the virtual sphere radius value storage part.
