<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing loads for individual number management on various business operators of financial institutions, enterprises or the like.SOLUTION: When a registration request of an individual number of a user is inputted, an individual number management device 18 associates and stores a temporary number different from the individual number and the individual, and notifies the user of the temporary number. The individual number management device 18 receives input of temporary application data which are application data of the user to an administrative agency created in an organization at which the user has declared the temporary number, and in which the temporary number is set in a part to be set with the individual number of the user. The individual number management device 18 changes the temporary number set in the temporary application data into the individual number associated to the temporary number to convert the temporary application data into formal application data.</p> |
