<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fast-disintegrating compression molding which has sufficient hardness without producing a chip nor degradation in production or delivery, and has excellent formability, good disintegratability in oral cavity, and together with the stability against humidity.SOLUTION: The invention provides a fast-disintegrating compression molding consisting of (a) an active ingredient, (b) one or more kinds of saccharides selected from mannitol, xylitol, and milk sugar, (c) a disintegrator, (d) an excipient, (e) a lubricant, and optionally (f) inorganic powders. If the active ingredient has a bitter taste, the fast-disintegrating compression molding is provided consisting of masking or coated sustained-release particles, and granulation particles formed from the component selected from (b)-(d) and (f).</p> |
