An application-processing terminal device, according to the present invention, comprises: a communication unit for downloading an application by connecting to an application download server to download an application; a confirmation unit for confirming whether a user of the terminal device is a visually handicapped person; a registration unit for storing and registering one or more of a specific voice, a specific sound, or a specific vibration for identifying the application at the time of registering the downloaded application, if the user of the terminal device is a visually handicapped person as a result of confirmation by the confirmation unit; and an execution unit for outputting one or more of the specific voice, the specific sound, or the specific vibration if the registered application is touched, and thereafter executing the application registered through the registration unit if the user of the terminal device additionally touches the same position once more or for longer than a certain period of time. |
