摘要 Provided is a charged particle beam irradiation device comprising the following: an accelerator for accelerating charged particles and emitting a charged particle beam; an irradiation unit for irradiating an irradiation target with the charged particle beam; a transport line for transporting the charged particle beam emitted from the accelerator to the irradiation unit; an energy adjustment unit that is provided to the transport line and adjusts the energy of the charged particle beam; a plurality of electromagnets provided farther downstream on the transport line than the energy adjustment unit; electromagnet power sources provided so as to correspond to each of the plurality of electromagnets; and a control unit for controlling a parameter of the electromagnets in accordance with the energy of the charged particle beam. The electromagnet power sources have a storage unit for storing a parameter of the electromagnets for every layer irradiated with the charged particle beam in the irradiation target. The control unit transmits a signal relating to switching of layers to the electromagnet power sources.
