The present invention relates to a method for producing noodles using wild chive and to noodles produced through the same. The method comprises the steps of: (Step 1) producing a first mixture by mixing flour with wild chive powder; (Step 2) producing a second mixture by mixing the first mixture with salt and starch; (Step 3) producing dough by adding water in the second mixture; (Step 4) aging the dough; and (Step 5) molding noodles using the aged dough. The dough is produced by adding wild chive powder in flour, and the noodles are produced using the dough, thereby having effects in promoting digestion, relieving fatigue, and reinforcing immunity. |
