<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flyer for stopping a lift at a safe position at an abnormal time of detection means.SOLUTION: A flyer 10 comprises: descent detecting means having its detection state changed by a descent detection part disposed on a lifting mechanism, in accordance with the operation state of the lifting mechanism at the descent position of a lift 22; ascent detecting means having its detection state changed by an ascent detection part disposed on the lifting mechanism, in accordance with the operation state of said lifting mechanism at the ascent position of the lift 22; and a control part for operation-controlling the lifting mechanism on the basis of such a change of the detection state of said detection means as is inputted from the two detecting means. The control part performs an abnormality stop control to actuate the lifting mechanism so that the lift 22 is stopped at the elevated position at the abnormal time of the detecting means.</p> |
