<p>A C-reactive protein (CRP)/Procalcitonin (PCT) combined diagnosis test strip and a method of manufacturing same. An anti-permeation adhesive strip (5) is provided longitudinally in the middle of a bottom plate of the test strip, and sample pads (11, 12), bonding pads (21, 22), reaction films (31, 32), and water-absorbing pads (41, 42) are provided respectively on bottom plates on two sides of the anti-permeation adhesive strip (5). A labeling CRP antibody I is fixed on the bonding pad (21), a PCT antibody I is fixed on the other bonding pad (22), and quantification strips (311, 321) and quality-control strips (312, 322) are provided on both the reaction films (31, 32). CRP detection and PCT detection are integrated into a same detection test strip, which can be used to detect the concentration of CRP and the concentration of PCT at the same time, so that not only detection efficiency is improved, but also an advantage of detecting CRP and PCT at the same time is provided. For the method of manufacturing CPR and PCT antibodies labeled using quantum dots, labeling using quantum dots has high efficiency, the manufactured labeled antibodies have high stability and high activity, and CPR and PCT antibodies are respectively fixed on the bonding pads to improve sensitivity and accuracy of a test strip.</p> |
