A cutter mesh (2), cutting mechanism and shaving device thereof; the shaving device comprises the cutter mesh (2) and the cutting mechanism; the cutter mesh comprises an end surface (21) and a side wall (22); a plurality of first notches (7) for shearing with the cutting mechanism are disposed on the inner side of the end surface, and a plurality of second notches (8) for shearing with the cutting mechanism are disposed on the outer side of the end surface; the second notches are located at the junction of the end surface and the side wall, and are formed by connecting horizontal notch parts (81) located on the end surface and vertical notch parts (82) located on the side wall. The cutter mesh design of the shaving device allows access of longer hair, and improves shaving efficiency.
