<p>A method for decoding a beast stream including multiple layers according to the present invention includes a step of setting a parameter for decoding the beast stream from a point of time that random access occurs if the random access occurs and a step of decoding a target decoding picture. The step of setting the parameter includes a step of setting an initial flag indicating whether an output of the target decoding picture is possible or not by normally decoding all reference layers wherein the target decoding picture belongs when the random access occurs and the target decoding picture is an intra random access point (IRAP) picture; a step of setting a flag variable (NoRaslOutputFlag) indicating whether the target decoding picture is utilized as a random access point or not; and a step of resetting the initial flag if the target decoding picture is the IRAP picture and the flag variable is one.</p> |
