PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing amount of a filtration device which supplies a coolant of high purity to a processing point of a machine tool.SOLUTION: Chips from a dirty liquid 13 discharged from a grinder 12 are removed by a magnet separator 26 and a part of a primary clean liquid 15 after chip removal is supplied to a bed 22 of the grinder 12. A concentrated dirty liquid 17 which includes chips at high concentration and is decreased by the supply amount to the bed 22 is filtrated by a filtration device 18 and is supplied to a processing point 20 of the grinder 12 as a secondary clean liquid 19 of higher purity than that of the primary clean liquid 15. Thus, the coolant amount which is filtrated by the filtration device 18 can be reduced. In addition, the filtration device 18, namely, a coolant circulation device 24 can be made compact and power-saving can be achieved.
