PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid phase extraction cartridge having a top end part for discharge in a cartridge main body, which is capable of connecting a pipeline without using a connection adaptor, high in analysis precision and suitable to a tiny quantity filling type.SOLUTION: In a solid phase extraction cartridge 1, a sample outflow side frit 3 is installed inside a cylindrical cartridge main body 2, a solid bulking agent 4 is filled therein, and a sample inflow side frit 5 is pressed thereon so as to plug up the cartridge. A cylindrical top end part 6 for discharge is provided below the sample outflow side frit 3 in the cartridge main body 2. The inner surface 7B of the top end part 6 for discharge is formed in a tapered shape and reduced in diameter toward the upper side, and a pipeline PO inserted from a lower part inside the top end part 6 for discharge is in close contact with an upper part of the inner surface 7B. Since the pipeline PO can be easily and reliably connected without using a connection adaptor, a dead space is substantially reduced and eluate flows smoothly without waste, an analysis precision becomes high. |
