PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which has both excellent weather resistance and long-maintained hard coat properties and in which a surface protective layer having good designability, high transparency and excellent mirror surface properties without undulation or the like can be formed.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a weather-resistant hard coat film obtained by laminating at least a primer layer and a surface protective layer in this order on a substrate sheet. The surface protective layer is composed of a cured product obtained by cross-linking/curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition containing 6-9 functional urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer. The primer layer contains a polycarbonate-based urethane-acrylic copolymer and spherical silica which has 1-7 μm particle size and is compounded in the amount of 5-25 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the resin content thereof.
