<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional layer transfer sheet which enables transfer of a functional layer to a substrate at room temperature, firm adhesion of the substrate and the functional layer by irradiation of an active energy ray which does not require heating, and can form a functional layer-bound substrate having excellent film hardness and adhesion, and to provide a laminate using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a functional layer transfer sheet containing at least a functional layer and an active energy ray-curable tacky adhesive layer, in which the tacky adhesive layer is formed by a film of the following active energy ray-curable tacky adhesive composition.○The active energy ray-curable tacky adhesive composition comprises the following (A) to (D) components in a specific ratio: (A) component which is a polymer having a maleimide group and a polar group, and has a glass transition temperature higher than -20°C and 40°C or lower; (B) component which is a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups in one molecule; (C) component which is a photopolymerization initiator and/or a sensitizer; and (D) component which is a thermally curable crosslinking agent.</p> |
