<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in bonding strength of a welded part when projection welding of a part with a small plate thickness is performed to attach a fixed member to a motor.SOLUTION: For the purpose of fixing a fixed member 1b to a motor main body part 1a comprising a rotor 2 and a stator 6, a fixing part 11 is provided at the fixed member 1b, and a projection 60 for projection welding is formed on a bottom plate part 41 of an output side case member 4B, and projection welding between the fixing part 11 and the bottom plate part 41 is performed. The projection 60 is formed by using a punch unit 80, and the projection 60 is protruded on a rear face by forming a recessed part 70 by a punch shape part 81. At this time, the projection 60 is formed to be a size larger than a bottom face 71 of the recessed part 70, and a surface of the projection 60 is made to be in a convex spherical surface. In more concrete terms, an outer peripheral edge A of the projection 60 is located at an outer peripheral side from an outer peripheral edge B of the bottom face 71. Thereby, plastic deformation at the time when a pressure is applied can be prevented, and reduction in bonding strength can be prevented.</p> |
