An anchoring device for securing a catheter to a patient includes a platform and a restraining strap. The platform includes a plurality of connectors extending outwardly from a base, each of the connectors including a head at a distal end of a post. The retaining strap cooperates with the platform to define a catheter-receiving passageway designed to receive a portion of the catheter. The restraining strap may include a first end including a first pull tab and a second pull tab, a second end including a third pull tab and a fourth pull tab, and a stretch portion between the first end and the second end. The restraining strap may also include a plurality of attachment locations, each of the attachment locations including a through-hole designed to receive the head of one of the plurality of connectors.

a platform including a plurality of connectors extending outwardly from a base, each of the connectors including a head at a distal end of a post; and a retaining strap cooperating with the platform to define a catheter-receiving passageway designed to receive a portion of the catheter, the restraining strap comprising:
a first end including a first pull tab and a second pull tab;a second end including a third pull tab and a fourth pull tab;a stretch portion between the first end and the second end; anda plurality of attachment locations, each of the attachment locations including a through-hole designed to receive the head of one of the plurality of connectors, at least one of the first, second, third and fourth pull tabs including more than one attachment location.
