UNIFORM-DISTRIBUTION FILLING MECHANISM FOR MEDICINAL POWDER

A uniform-distribution filling mechanism for a medicinal powder, comprising a metering disk (1), a powder storage ring (2), and a lateral powder blocker (3). One end of the blocker (3) is provided with a pointed tip (31), and the other end thereof is provided with a sloping stage (32). The middle portion of the metering disk (1) is provided with a support shaft (4), said shaft (4) and the blocker (3) being connected one to the other by means of a support arm (5). Medicinal powder enters via the pointed tip of the blocker (3), is evenly agitated, exits via the sloping stage (32) of the blocker (3), and is evenly dispensed. Thus, the powder is able to enter one side of the blocker (3) and come out the other side thereof such that the powder is evenly dispensed and then uniformly distributed onto the metering disk (1). This ensures that powder holes of a same group on the metering disk (1) are filled with medicinal powder uniformly and with precision, thereby ensuring that capsules are filled uniformly and consistently with medicinal powder, thus increasing the success rate when filling capsules.
