摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor device having a higher light emission efficiency by agglomerating fluorescent materials of a small particle size and thus, increasing the particle size in a spurious way.SOLUTION: An optical semiconductor device comprises: an optical semiconductor element 1; a fluorescent material 6 which absorbs part of wavelengths of light emitted by the light-emitting element, and emits light having different wavelengths; and a hardened material 3 of a curable composition. The composition includes: (A) a compound having, in one molecule, both of an isocyanuric ring skeleton and a siloxane skeleton, and a SiH group; (B) a polysiloxane compound having, in one molecule, two or more SiH groups (other than the (A) component); (C) a compound having, in one molecule, two or more alkenyl groups; and (D) a hydrosilylated catalyst. The composition is a curable composition, in which the weight of the (A) component is in a range of 0.01-7.5 wt.% to the total weight of the (B) and (C) components.
