摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy heat exchanger which has excellent corrosion resistance of brazed portions and is suitable for application to an air conditioner or the like.SOLUTION: A header pipe consists of an aluminum alloy clad material including a core material of aluminum alloy, and a sacrificial anode material clad on one surface of the core material. The core material contains Mn:0.3 to 2.0 mass% (hereinafter, abbreviated as %), Si:1.5% or less and Fe:0.1 to 1.0%, Cu:0.05 to 1.0%, and composed of balance Al and inevitable impurities. The sacrificial anode material contains Fe:0.05 to 1.0% and Zn:0.5 to 5.0%, and composed of balance Al and inevitable impurities. Electric potential of a junction part between the header pipe and a tube is less noble than electric potential of a header pipe surface and electric potential of a tube surface by 30 mV or less, and electric potential of the junction part is less noble than electric potential at a position of one fourth the total thickness from the surface of the header pipe and electric potential at a position of one fourth the total thickness from the surface of the tube by 30 to 100 mV.
