PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and so on, which are able to eliminate the need for a flow meter that causes pressure loss increase or clog.SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises: a channel in which a liquid flows; a heating element cooled by the liquid; a liquid temperature instrument that measures the temperature of the liquid; a temperature instrument that measures the temperature of the heating element; a heat quantity instrument that measures the quantity of heat generated by the heating element; a storage device storing information indicating the relation among the temperature of the liquid, the temperature of the heating element, the quantity of heat generated by the heating element, and the flow rate of the liquid; and a processing device that calculates, on the basis of information in the storage device, the flow rate of the liquid from the temperature of the liquid measured by the liquid temperature instrument, the temperature of the heating element measured by the temperature instrument, and the quantity of heat generated by the heating element. |
