PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for restarting a high-voltage inverter for stable restart by estimating a rotor speed of a high-voltage motor when an input power returns from an instantaneous defective state to a normal state.SOLUTION: The apparatus controls an inverter to change a voltage or frequency output to a motor on the basis of an input voltage of the motor and a rotor frequency of the motor in accordance with a predetermined voltage-frequency ratio. |
