<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire that is improved in durability by reducing both failures of a ply end and a winding part without causing increase in weight and manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The pneumatic radial tire has a carcass layer 4, provided between a pair of bead parts 1, one end of which is wound up on a bead core of the bead part 1 and locked to the part. The carcass layer 4 is constituted of a first ply 4a, a second ply 4b and a third ply 4c which are laminated in sequence from inside to outside in a tire radial direction RD in a tire equator CL. The first ply 4a and the third ply 4c are wound up on the bead core 1a. The second ply 4b does not reach the bead core 1a and terminates while being sandwiched between the first ply 4a and the third ply 4c.</p> |
