<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance housing which can improve airtightness and sound insulation performance in an installation place, and to provide an installation structure of the appliance housing.SOLUTION: An appliance housing 10 includes: a housing body 30 including a cover body 11 having a square box shape with a closed bottom and a square ring shaped flange part 21 extending from an entire periphery of an opening edge of the cover body 11 to the outer side. The appliance housing 10 is installed on a wall material W1 in a state where the cover body 11 is inserted into a wall hole Wb formed in the wall material W1 from the front side of the wall material W1 and the flange part 21 is disposed at a periphery of the wall hole Wb on a surface of the wall material W1. The appliance housing 10 includes a cushion material 50 disposed between an inner surface of the wall hole Wb at the back side of the flange part 21 and an outer surface of a first side wall 14 at the cover body 11 in a state where the appliance housing 10 is installed on the wall material W1.</p> |
